I am inspired to write a story as if everything in the Universe is compelling me to, the feeling is uncannily similar to being a writer who evolves himself with his writings.

” What is it about this morning that gives me a vision of  being a writer ? ” thought Sally.

She had heard and read a lot about the visions in life one gets and she felt  as if she was actually dreaming about it or as if it was happening right in front of her and as if Universe was guiding her to do something, and that she had to open up to these possibilities. It was as if even the plant on her table was telling her to be inspired by its green foliage which was so subtle and serene. She had never felt anything like this before, she had heard many people talk and write about opening ones  frequencies and accepting what needs to be done rather than fighting it. Maybe it was her destiny that things, though not perfect, were falling into place slowly and gradually, at a pace which was slow for her, but maybe it was time  for Universe to have its own way. She suddenly had a vision of her signing her own book. She never thought that a simple story to start with would bring her to this vision and so she followed her heart and her vision and she was all set to attract her own destiny.

Sometimes there are moments like these which we need to embrace and let go of our limitations and just be in the moment and trust the Universe or the higher power to lead us. There are also times when we are too distressed only to block certain pathways by the universe, So trust the Universe and the higher power and it shall attract Your Destiny to YOU.

Hello All,

I am writing the first time in this new year so first of all I wish you a Happy and Prosperous year ahead.

The topic that struck my mind this evening was that of being Judgemental.

It is human nature to be curious and to learn and as we grow in life we tend to gather our thoughts, ideas, ideologies and perceptions. As we grow we tend to think and differentiate right from wrong and loose the child within us, the child who had no judgments but just pure heart.  A child who is often representation of God in some cultures and the reason being that child does not differ or pass judgments on others because he/she is in the purest form of life and just understands how to enjoy the gift of GOD.

A child is someone we need to learn from because it is in childhood that change and acceptance comes so easy. A child who is easy to mould into a mould of human choice like a spirit which needs to be moulded into loving the humanity and eternity in purest form.

We in our lives tend to forget how many judgements we pass in each day without even realising how hurtful it can or maybe to others, how it could ruin someones identity, how it could turn ones life around. It is these judgements that could change the course of life for anyone making a person drive to depression, negativity and loss of self  identity.

It is very important to be aware of what are our perceptions are and that they could differ from those of others. It is what one learns from ones experiences over period of time and so it differs from experiences of others and hence perceptions of others. When we pass judgement all we say is our perception is the right one without respecting or understanding the perception of others.

So being mindful is very important aspect of being in a community, a community which needs positivity, growth, development and that can come only when we respect experiences of others and learn from them rather than having to go through them ourselves and thus become a more evolved human being.

It is being Non judgemental the highest form of  purity and eternity and the ultimate gift to hmanity.

Have a great day/evening.

Be Well

 The Fear Factor

As Sheila was fighting with the thought of going to the doctor for small thing such as a corn on her feet , it was the thought of her having to go through the surgery to remove it that was freaking her out. Imagine if she would have told somebody of the thoughts that were bruising her mind they would laugh at her, but it was the word surgery that was overwhelming for her. Actually it was after she had gone through six surgeries of which two were major ones the word had developed a negative impact on her. She somehow mustered up the courage to go to the doc anyways, since it was something she was avoiding for past one month and it was giving her so much pain that she was not able to walk properly without pain.

As she was waiting for the doc in the clinic her heart was pounding, what if the doc says he has to do surgery, how would she be able to handle all the responsibilities that lay on her shoulders. It was then that she was asked to come in and the doc told her it was not a corn but internal infection which needs to be operated, it was exactly what she did not want to hear. She felt like her heart is going to sink and so many different questions starting raving her mind especially when the doc said we can do it right away it just takes 10 minutes.

10 min, now ,oh my God “ thought Sheila

It is just a 10 min laser treatment and no precautions required after that except some antibiotic cream application. You would need four such treatments” said the doc.

Oh, OK ” she thought, the word treatment was word that did not frighten her and was much easier to handle. As she lay on the bed for her foot to be treated the fear sprung up again in her mind like a demon but with two pin pricking shots all was over.

You can walk home now Sheila “ said the doc.

That’s it !!! She thought, “Wow, that was quick and everybody else had scared me by saying I have to undergo surgery for this” she told the doc and, he smiled back at her.

Suddenly all her fear had vanished and she returned home put the antibiotic cream and sat on the couch thinking with a cup of coffee in her hands.

She started wondering how sometimes some particular words have such an impact on us and how fear of something can take over our lives and block us from living it to the fullest. She thought how life has its own ways of teaching and if we learn from it we would know how to handle it the next time it springs up its head again.

  • You can conquer almost any fear if you will only make up your mind to do so. For remember, fear doesn’t exist anywhere except in the mind. – Dale Carnegie

  • Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy. – Dale Carnegie

  • Confront your fears, list them, get to know them, and only then will you be able to put them aside and move ahead. – Jerry Gillies

The Blame Game

Whenever we point fingers at others most of the fingers point towards us !!!

Often I find all of getting stuck in what is called the Blame game which makes us feel better to blame others for the situation that we are in today. There are certain situations which definitely are not in our control and beyond the boundaries of human expectations while there are some in which we blame others for bringing us to that point.

Let us try and analyze that situation in your life.

If you were to imagine a particular situation that you are or were in where you thought it was someone else’s fault and look at the situation again and experience all that went into creating the situation and then, ask yourself :

How is other responsible for the situation that you are in ?

How are you responsible for the situation ?

Only if you could take the responsibility of your thoughts and actions in that situation and ask yourself

What could I have done differently, taking the responsibility of the situation , that could have made a difference ?

Now look at the situation again, what is different in your thoughts ?

You will find that taking responsibility frees us from getting stuck or bound to the person and gives you the freedom to take charge and do something about it.

So don’t get hooked up in the blame game, be responsible and contribute.

Share your experiences with me.

Here is a self discovery story,  Authentic ME,  of a young lady called Lisa.

As Lisa was sitting at the window watching her beautiful garden with Red Roses and yellow Sunflowers she felt a strong breeze of air touching her. She was enjoying her garden like she had never seen before and at that spur of the moment sun rose into the sky and sunshine fell on her face and slowly and slowly the rays went stronger and stronger and she felt as if it wanted to tell her – ‘Open your Eyes Now and see the real world’. Suddenly she felt live again and thought of writing what she was feeling and here is what she wrote :

It is time I express myself to the world and tell who I really am, the more I write  the more comfortable it gets and the more easier it gets to express my feelings and let go of them.  This continuous stream of feelings bottled up inside me would one day make a complete mess of the life that I live today. All these feelings need to come out lest  lead to loneliness and finally depression. As I write I discover that it is actually easy for me to write on myself though I find it so difficult to pen down my thoughts on any other subject. It is then I look back on my life, I find it is so because I have never let my feelings come out in front of others and all this while I have been lying to the world for who I am. I have been trying to move with the world accepting everything that came my way without ever thinking of expressing myself  of things, situations and people who were not even close to who I really  am. I was a People Pleaser. All the while I was afraid of showing my real self due to fear of rejection or fear of not being accepted or at times being different. Even my closest friends don’t know me ,  ‘ The Sensitive ME’.  So now how do I tell the world of my truth and also expect being accepted without  judgements, prejudices and advises.

What should I do and how do I prepare myself for it ?

And then she stopped as this was ‘The Time’ for action and she thought I must do something to move forwards.

Now is the time for world to discover The Authentic ME.

If you feel connected to any part of Lisa’s Story do share your experiences with me. Come forth and I would love to walk you through your journey.

Be Well

Magic Mondays

Hi All,

Most of the times we find that we feel tired to start our day on Monday, the first day after the weekend.

Now let me ask you a question if I was to tell you that on each Monday you would receive a gift or win a lottery at the end of  the day would that make your Monday more exciting to work for ?

So it is only a perspective that makes a day exciting and worth to work for or not.

Share with me what are the ways you could make it so ?

Think about it and write to me.

Be Well
